| Trademark Operation to Introduce New Series Code for TEAS filings |

 In approximately the first week of April 2010, the Trademark Operation will introduce a new series code for all electronically-filed applications, namely, the 85 series .
For example, the application number for a filing done through the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) will appear as 85/000015.
