According to an article from PRNewswire ,the United States District Court granted American Fireglass' motion for summary judgment, ruling that the patent, trademark and copyright infringement claims of Pythagoras Intellectual Holdings and Corporate Recovery Services ("Plaintiffs"), owners of the "FIRE ON ICE" brand, lacked merit.
The one who represented American Fireglass in this case said that :
"The ruling is a total victory for American Fireglass.The Plaintiffs submitted no evidence to support their claims and should not have filed the complaint in the first place."
Therewith,Matt Doll, president of American Fireglass,said he was very pleased about the decision .
