 Skyway Luggage,one of the largest lagguage manufacturer has recently sued Greenwood-based Landor & Hawa for trademark infringement .
Skyway has used the "Zero Gravity" mark since 1999.Therefore,they sued Landor & Hawa for using " Sub Zero G" for a line of lightweight luggage .They contended that the "Sub Zero G" is infringing their trademark . |
