Polo Association Trademark Survives Ralph Lauren Lawsuit |

A jury verdict finding that the U.S. Polo Association did not infringe on a Ralph Lauren trademark has been upheld by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
The appeals court also rejected claims by the holder of the Lauren mark that Southern District of New York Judge George Daniels erred in admitting evidence of settlement negotiations.
