ZymoGenetics Inc was founded in 1981 by Earl W. Davie and Benjamin D. Hall  and it's a biotechnology/pharmaceutical company .
It seems that King Pharmaceuticals obtained three restraining orfers,so that ZymoGenetics is not allowed anymore to market a product.
On the other hand,ZymoGenetics said : ""We are seeking immediate relief from the court to vacate the TROs, and we will seek an immediate hearing on this motion."
Moreover,ZymoGenetics added that "We currently believe that this litigation will not have a material adverse effect on our financial condition, our results of operation, or our cash flows."
