 Mischa Barton,the British-American film, television, and stage actress,tries to trademark her name in Australia.
But, Mischa Accessories in Queensland is opposing her request .
The company is trying to prevent something that has happened before between the singer Katey Perry and the fashion designer Katie Perry .In that case (http://trademarknews.com/news/having-a-minor-difference-in-the-names-katy-perry-sued-fashion-designer.html) ,there was a minor difference between the names .The same thing is about to happen now .
Both ,Mischa Barton and Mischa Accessories are going to fight in this case .
