Michael Jackson's Neverland is going to be trademarked

ImageSycamore Valley Ranch Company,the company owned by Michael Jacksons and Colony Capital has recently filed  a number of trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office .

According to an article from www.tmz.com ,the company wants to trademark the following names : Neverland Ranch, Neverland Valley, Neverland Valley Ranch, and Neverland.
Moreover,it seems that the company also requested to use this names on several products:
- Museum services
- Printed material
- Games and playthings
- For providing facilities for business meetings and conferences
