Michael Jackson's estate sues for trademark infringement

ImageMichael Jackson's estate has sued two organizations,believed to have infringed their trademarks .

Michael Jackson's estate contended in the complaint that "Defendants have created an 'organization' that purports to carry on the work of Jackson's foundation and make numerous false representations regarding their affiliation with Mr. Jackson and his charity."
It seems that the organizations have already registered six trademark and applied for  41 more ,trademarks that are confusingly similar to Jackson's trademark.
Character marks for "Thriller" , "King of Pop" , "Neverland" and many others were registered by the organizations.
Moreover,according to an article from www.law.com ,they have registered even domain names like www.mjaid.net and www.healtheworldfoundation.net .
