Lauren McClusky,a teenager from Chicago has coordinated a charity concert,McFest.After Lauren decided to trademark the name of the charity event ,McDonald's filed a suit against the Chicago teen ,accusing her of trademark infringement.
Lauren;s attorney said : "If we don't find an amicable resolution to it soon, the case will go to trial, and that would be costly for both sides. The discovery process itself could cost thousands of dollars."
