Major League Baseball files suit against Upper Deck ,claiming trademark infringement

ImageMajor League Baseball Properties Inc. has recently filed a suit against Upper Deck ,accusing them of trademark infringement.

It seems that Upper Deck continues to use logos,even though a licensing deal had expired.
According to an article from   http://articles.latimes.com,the Major League Baseball wants Upper Deck to "recall its 2009 and 2010 baseball cards, which feature team and league logos."
