M Resort accused the operator that his web site has a domain name confusingly similar to their web site name .The hotel-casino uses the themresort.com domain name.
Moreover,they contend that he is using the domain name in bad faith.According to an article from www.lasvegassun.com they believe that Hu Mei Li tries to "attract viewers intending to find the real M Resort Web site."
I th lawsuit they conteded that "In the course of conducting business, defendant knowingly made false representations as to an affiliation, connection and/or association with M Resort by using marks identical and/or confusingly similar to plaintiff's M Resort marks, and otherwise engaged in deceptive trade practices."
The repondent in this case failed to submit a response in this case until now.
