Huffy Corporation sues Cafepress.com for trademark infringement

ImageHuffy Corporation,an American manufacturer of bicycles,has recently sued Cafepress.com for trademark infringement.

It seems that Cafepress.com used the mark "Huffy" for selling T-shirts,Hats,Stickers and many other products.
Therefore,Huffy Corporation wants Cafepress.com to stop selling products under the "Huffy" mark and also to be awarded all profits realized by Cafepress.com from selling Huffy marked products .
