Glock sues Austrian company for trademark infringement

ImageGlock Inc. ,a gun maker company has recently filed a trademark suit against an Austrian company.

The gun maker company accusses the Austrian company for copying its trademark design and,also for importing a pistol that is a "Glock clone."
According to an article from www.globatlanta.com,Glock sued not only the Austrian company, Austrian Sporting Arms LLC,but also SSC Handels GMBH the company that manufactures M-22 pistol.
In the suit Glock contended : "The M-22 is very much a Glock clone."
