The USPTO is expanding its sending of electronic notices to trademark applicants who have authorized e-mail communication with the USPTO.
On or about March 15, 2010, three (3) additional notices will be provided electronically where authorized by the applicant: Notice of Acceptance of Amendment to Allege Use; Notice of Acceptance of Statement of Use; and Notice of Approval of Extension Request. Following this deployment, the USPTO will begin work on an electronic Notice of Allowance.
