TrademarkNews Advertising Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum $US 1,000 ad campaign commitment needed

• Minimum ad campaign duration is one (1) month

• Minimum display frequency rate is 10%

• Payment is due within 30 days of start of the ad campaign for 2+ months ad campaigns

• Payment is due within 10 days of start of the ad campaign for 1 month ad campaigns

• Registrars who advertise with us have to implement our RSS feed on their home page in a visible location for the duration of the ad campaign (for an example see the “Domain Name Registration News” section on the bottom left section at www.EuroDNS.com )

• Registrars who advertise with us will also promote TrademarkNews.com in their newsletters and other informational campaigns to their customer base during the duration of the ad campaign
