Who read your email this morning?

Email communication today contains vital information for any company. Most companies believe that a firewall or a secure server will make their email and communication structure safe and for their eyes only. They couldn’t be more wrong... If your company name is misspelled or if the sender of an email by accident hits the wrong letter on the keyboard, the email intended for your company will end up in someone else’s hands. It is of no importance if your name is written in front of the @ sign or if the sender writes to Donald Duck. The email will be delivered to the email-address domain owner. So if you deliver vital engine parts to a well-known car producer and want to email him that there is a mistake in the new engine plans, which email from these will then end up in his email box? If you haven’t considered this important security issue, we recommend you to order a “Typo-Squatting”. This 3-month Audit period will enable you to close open gaps and to become aware of who is trying to steal traffic and emails from your company. After signing a Non Disclosure Agreement, we will analyse your core company name(s) used for email traffic and register a number of Domains to be able to assess the threat that you are facing. All emails we receive over these accounts will be forwarded to you. We will also provide you a tracking list of visitors in geographical order. At the end of the 3 month period, we will give you a written Audit report overview describing your risk level and potential measures to be taken to minimize the risk. You will of course also receive full control of the Domains we have registered on your behalf.
